To expand our network, we are looking for a smart, experienced and highly motivated individual that would like to lead our VIP Leads U.S. team. As Head of VIP Leads, you will be responsible for the daily operations of VIP’s lead generation agency, which is primarily focused on the US market. It’s a diverse role with freedom and responsibility in equal parts, perfect for an entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for project management.
Every day is different with a range of responsibilities, including:
• Determining the scope and direction of the lead generation department
• Managing lead flows in multiple verticals to generate optimal yield
• Hosting weekly team meetings to update on results and progress
• Identifying new business opportunities (strategic, technical, sales, vendors)
• Overseeing and collecting feedback for/from internal media buyers (Meta, Taboola)
• Briefing design team for landing page creation and development and approving final products (rudimentary knowledge of HTML is beneficial but not required)
• Conducting market research as needed
• Collaborating with IT to develop and improve the functionality of the proprietary lead management platform
• Providing support for lead buyer/vendor (API) integration
• Maintaining relationships with new and existing lead buyers and vendors
• Upholding relevant legal/compliance (TCPA/GDPR) requirements

You will be responsible for assisting in the development of chatbots, virtual assistants, and other conversational AI applications and researching possible additions to could be beneficial across our company. Specifically, your responsibilities may include dataset preparation, model training and evaluation, as well as experimentation with state-of-the-art techniques. You will work closely with the development team to brainstorm new ideas. You may also be responsible for designing user interfaces, testing prototypes, and conducting user studies to evaluate the effectiveness of different AI programs available.
Throughout the internship, you will have the opportunity to develop your technical skills in natural language processing, machine learning, and deep learning.
