WHO ARE WE?

 

VIP Response is a dynamic data marketing organization, specialized in online data marketing, affiliate marketing, and online response campaigns. To expand our team, we are looking for an ambitious, smart, and highly motivated (Junior) Sales Manager that would like to start his/her sales career in the online marketing field. We are currently seeking a natural and “true” salesperson at heart to join our fast-growing, successful Sales/Data team. THE JOB ITSELF

 

No direct experience in the marketing industry is required, we invest in our team to make them the best in what we do. We will assist and teach you the way, as long as you have the passion, desire, and will to learn–with a love for sales. You will use your experience, your communication skills, and your people skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers upon the first contact until you build a long-term solid partnership. You will also ensure to provide proper and ongoing after-sales service. Ultimately, you will boost sales and contribute to our long-term business growth and your own personal growth.

 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

 

You will be part of a three-person team where we work hard every day to develop, expand our self-growth and sales skills. You will have personal targets to reach, you will grow beyond your comfort zone and learn how to cold-call like a pro, upsell services and data, and ultimately boost your skillset and learn, build and develop yourself in a professional–yet informal environment. You will be in charge of, however not limited to, the Nordics market.

 

WHAT WE ASK:

 

  • Fluent (native) in Danish, Norwegian or Swedish & English
  • Daily cold calling to sell our solutions to new customers.
  • You are responsible for identifying and driving new business opportunities and achieving overall sales and revenue goals.
  • Learning, researching, and deepening your online marketing knowledge.
  • Advising and consulting clients on how to use permission marketing.
  • Visiting clients for face-to-face presentations/meetings.
  • You will be attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
  • You will continue to work closely with the clients to ensure and maintain exceptional service and referral opportunities.
  • Daily activities include monitoring and evaluating your individual account results and the results of your clients.

 

YOU(‘RE):

 

  • Currently residing in the Netherlands
  • Able and willing to commute and be in office daily (Utrecht centrum)
  • Keen on closing a deal and finding new business opportunities
  • Have a general idea of online advertising and related technologies
  • Creative, technical and analytical thinker
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work
  • Emotional intelligence and have the ability to work in a commercial team
  • Outbound call center experience, preferably B2B, would be nice!

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create, maintain, and grow large scale media buys across multiple channels, campaigns and products.
  • Conduct audits of ongoing media positions to identify areas for optimization and improved performance
  • Analyze your media buys and associated metrics daily to ensure profitability.
  • Proactively optimize your campaigns by adjusting the advertisements (creatives) and other metrics, such as rates, placements, dayparting, geo-targeting, etc., to ensure positive ROAS
  • Set-up and monitor advertising campaigns using ad tags or site-served creatives

YOUR SKILLS:

  • You have at least two years of proven experience in buying online media at scale. If you don’t have this, please do not apply;
  • You’re an expert at split-testing ads;
  • You’re an expert at building high performing ads;
  • You’re an expert at Programmatic Networks such as Criteo,AdRoll, other DSPs
  • You’re analytical and use critical thinking skills while also being very risk/reward-driven
  • You’re an expert at Google Ads or SEM; OR
